Brewing Basics Class
This class is perfect for both baristas and at home coffee aficionados. We cover the golden cup theory and the importance of grind. We'll practice single cup brewing using Kalitas, Chemex, Clover, and other devices. We will also teach you how to evaluate flavors and brewing results qualitatively and quantitatively.
